Start Using AI at Work This Week, Even If You've Never Tried It

The four fundamentals every OFW and professional needs to use ChatGPT and Claude with confidence: at your desk, on your reports, and on the way to your first freelance income.

You don't need to be techy. If you can write an email, you can do this. I'm an OFW myself, and this is how I started.

Why this matters now

AI is already in the office. The people who learn to use it well become more valuable, not less.

AI is in the workplace now, whether we like it or not. It doesn't replace people who know how to use it. It takes over tasks, and the person who can hand tasks to AI becomes the one everyone relies on.

In my client work, most professionals save 3 to 4 hours a week within the first month. That's the difference between finishing your reports by lunch and staying late again. This kit gives you the four fundamentals. Read it, try the templates, and you're already ahead of most of your office.

The Starter Kit

Four fundamentals, in the order that actually works

Each one has a plain explanation, a template you can copy and use today, and a quick win. Do them in order. They build on each other.

Fundamental 01

ChatGPT & Claude for daily office work

ChatGPT and Claude are assistants you talk to in plain language. No code, no menus. You give them context and a task, they give you a first draft, and you refine it. The skill is not technical at all. It's delegating clearly, the same way you'd brief a new colleague on their first week.

Both are excellent for office work, and both are free to start. Pick either one. There is no secret button. Good results come from good instructions, and that's Fundamental 2.

Try it now - turn messy notes into a clean email

You are my writing assistant. Turn these rough notes into a clear, polite [email] to my [manager / client]: [paste your notes]. Keep it professional but warm, under 120 words, and give it a short subject line.

Your quick win: the next email you dread writing, draft it with this in 30 seconds instead of 15 minutes.

In the live workshop: we set up both tools together, learn when to reach for Claude vs ChatGPT, and practice on your real tasks, so you leave already using it, not just reading about it.

Fundamental 02

Prompting that gets reliable, usable results

The quality of the answer depends on the quality of your instruction. Generic prompt in, generic answer out. A strong prompt gives four things. Remember R-C-T-F: Role (who the AI should act as), Context (your real details), Task (exactly what you want), and Format (how long, what structure).

And you're never stuck with the first draft. Push back: "shorter," "more formal," "give me 3 options." That back-and-forth is where the great answers come from.

Try it now - the R-C-T-F skeleton for any task

Role: Act as an experienced [role - e.g. HR officer / marketer]. Context: My situation is [describe it with real details]. Task: I need you to [exactly what you want]. Format: Give it to me as [length / bullets / table / tone]. Then ask me one question if anything is unclear before you start.

Your quick win: paste this once, fill the four lines, and feel the answer jump from "meh" to "I can actually use this."

In the live workshop: we build prompts live for your actual job, and I show you the exact fixes for when AI gives you something generic, too long, or just wrong.

Fundamental 03

AI for reports, research, email & documentation

This is where AI saves the most hours in an office job. It's very good at the work that eats your day: summarizing long documents, drafting reports from a few bullet points, turning research into a clean brief, and writing SOPs and documentation. You are the quality control. AI drafts, you decide. Never send anything unread.

The trick is to give it your raw material and a clear shape to pour it into. Here's the one I use most.

Try it now - messy input into a boss-ready report

Turn this into a clear 5-line update for my [manager / team]: [paste your notes, numbers, or a long email thread] Structure it as: what happened, what's on track, what needs attention, the one number that matters, and the next step. Plain, professional, no filler.

Your quick win: the weekly report you usually rewrite three times. One paste, one solid first draft.

In the live workshop: we build reusable templates for the exact reports and documents you make every week, so a 2-hour task becomes a 15-minute one for good.

Fundamental 04

Turning AI skills into freelancing & side income

This is the part I care about most. Once you can do the first three fundamentals quickly, businesses will pay you for them: virtual assistance, content, admin support, research, customer replies. AI closes the gap between what you already know how to do and what you can charge for. Most people start with 5 to 10 hours a week, around their shift.

You don't need a new degree. You need one clear service and a first client. Start by finding what you can already offer.

Try it now - find your first AI service

I work as a [your role] and I'm good at [list 2-3 skills]. I want to earn extra income online using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. Suggest 5 beginner-friendly freelance services I could realistically offer, who would pay for each, a starting price, and the very first step to land client number one.

Your quick win: a shortlist of services you could offer this month, matched to skills you already have.

In the live workshop: we go from idea to income: how to package one service, price it, and find your first clients, all around an OFW schedule. This is the part I'm most excited to teach.
