About Me
I know what burnout looks like. I also know the way out.
For 15 years I was the person inside the company making sure everything didn't fall apart. Hiring, onboarding, managing admin, keeping pipelines moving. I know exactly what it feels like to carry the weight of a business that isn't even yours.
Then burnout hit. And I made a choice most people only dream about. I took everything I knew, walked out, and built something on my own terms. It wasn't easy. But it was the best decision I ever made.
